Run your school, not its spreadsheets

Schedule, payments, teachers and parents in one system for a school of up to 50 teachers, instead of a wall of tabs and group chats.

Everyone sees exactly what they should

Owner sees everything

Load per teacher, payments across the school and trial-to-regular conversion, in one view rather than five spreadsheets.

Teachers see their own

Their schedule, their students' threads, their materials. Reschedules happen against real availability instead of a "who can take Tuesday" group chat.

One shared calendar

Slots never double-book, and Google Calendar sync keeps everyone's own calendar honest.

The money is tracked, never touched

Balances and invoices across every student and teacher, with reminders that send themselves.

  • No commission on revenue. A flat subscription, so a growing school doesn't grow our bill, and your money keeps moving the way it already does.

A request becomes a standing slot on its own

Public pages for the school and each teacher collect enquiries, and the run to a regular slot happens on its own. For most online schools this replaces the CRM.

I used to spend Sunday putting three spreadsheets together just to know what nine teachers had actually taught. Now I look at one screen before dinner.

Every teacher teaches in the same good classroom

One classroom and one shared library, so the lesson a family gets doesn't depend on which teacher they landed with.

  • Shared guides and decks. The school's way of teaching, available to every teacher.
  • Recordings and homework results. Quality is something you can actually check.

Parents get answers before they call

Progress, attendance and invoices reach parents on their own, built from real data. Your administrator stops being a switchboard.

  • One summary a week per family, built from the lessons and the homework, and nobody types it.
  • Invoices and progress arrive together,so the money question and the "how is she doing" question answer themselves.

Business — $99 a month, 5 teacher seats included

Roles, shared calendar and a school-wide money view. Set it against the admin hours your team spends now: most schools cover the subscription in the first week.

Questions school owners ask

What owners and administrators check before they move a team across.

Still have a question?
How a school is priced — per teacher or per school

Per school. Business is $99 a month with five teacher seats included, and extra seats are added as you hire. We never take a share of what your students pay.

Who can see what

Owners and administrators see the whole school: load per teacher, balances, conversion. A teacher sees their own schedule, their students and their materials. Parents see only their own child.

What happens to the schedule when a teacher leaves

Their lessons, threads and materials stay with the school. You reassign the students to another teacher and the calendar, reminders and parent summaries follow, without anyone re-typing a timetable.

Whether the school's money passes through us

It doesn't. Families pay the school the way they already do. We keep the record: who owes what, which invoices went out, which reminders were sent, and the settlement sheet per teacher.

How long onboarding a teaching team takes

A couple of evenings. The calendar imports with its lessons and links, balances come from a spreadsheet or a photo of the notebook, and teachers can keep their own call link while they settle in.

What paperwork we can provide — invoices, contracts, data processing

Invoices for the subscription, a service agreement and a data-processing agreement. Write to us with what your procurement needs and we go through it with you.

Where student data is stored

In the EU. Class Spot is built by Winssen Holdings Limited, an EU company registered in Cyprus, and lesson recordings are stored in Frankfurt.
